DO YOU OFFER ONLINE SESSIONS?

Yes. We are completely remote, all of our sessions are done virtually.

HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I NEED?

We will make a plan based on your health goals and needs. I recommend committing to an initial 3 months so we can focus on maximizing what we can accomplish together. After that 3-month stretch, we can reassess where you are as well as what else needs to be accomplished to see if you want to continue working together on additional health goals.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM SEEING A DIETICIAN OR DOCTOR?

A dietician or doctor is not able to spend this much time with you on a weekly basis to guide you and keep you accountable. We meet weekly and focus not only on identifying the root cause but also giving you the support you need to make real changes to your habits to support the work we do together. We ensure you have the tools necessary to continue on without us after we have achieved your goals together to sustain real-life changes, long term.
